Midtown Bowl is located 17 miles (25 minutes) from Host Hotel—Westin Atlanta North at Perimeter. It accessible from the Hotel via the optional Shuttle Service, or via car. MARTA Rail/Bus service is not recommended to access these lanes.

The Atmosphere

Atlanta IGBO bowlers have enjoyed a long, prosperous working relationship with the management at Express Lanes-considered the gay-friendliest bowling center in the Southeast. Express Lanes has been the home for Dixie Invitational Bowling tournament for over 20 years and numerous IGBO-affiliated bowling leagues (currently four active leagues).

Midtown Bowl is in the middle of an extensive remodeling. State-of-the art upgrades will be made to the bowler sitting areas, snack bars, scoring equipment, and restrooms. Construction began Spring 2006 and will be completed by Spring 2007. Construction during the Dixie tournament will NOT be impacted.
